PRODUCTS

We offer a wide variety of designs. If you are looking for something different, you can personalize your design by sending us the desired image. Please note that certain quality requirements must be met for customizations.

Please note that not all computer screens are calibrated in the same way, therefore there may be some variation in colors and layout.

According to their size, the estimated average consumption is as follows:

Radiant D-Art:

Keep in mind that consumption will depend on other factors such as room size, insulation, climate, duration of use, user habits, and the location of the heating device.

Radiant D-Art offers two options: framed or frameless. The aluminium frame is available in different colors: white, black, gold and silver.

Radiant D-Mirror has illuminated and non-illuminated options. LIGHT option has neutral backlighting.

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

For cleaning and maintenance of Radiant D-Art, it is important to use a clean, lint-free, and dry duster. Do not use detergents, liquids, or abrasives, as they may irreversibly damage the product.

You can use a glass cleaning cloth that does not contain abrasives or solvents.

The warranty is 3 years from the date of purchase or invoice date. Since January 1, 2022, the regulations approved in April 2021 have been in force, changing the two-year legal warranty on products to a three-year legal warranty. Everything you have purchased since the first day of the year 2022 is now three years old instead of two.

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings designed to wear out over time, except in the case of failure due to defect in materials or workmanship; Superficial (cosmetic) damage, scratches, indentations or plastic tears in ports, unless the failure resulted from a defect in materials or workmanship; Damage caused by use of the RD supplied item with a component from another manufacturer that does not meet RD Product specifications; Damage caused by accident, misuse, misapplication, misuse, fire, earthquake or any other external cause; Damage caused by using the DR Product in disregard of the instructions contained in the User Manual, Technical Specifications or any other instructions supplied by DR; Damage caused by service, performance or repair performed by a third party other than a representative of DR or a DR Authorized Supplier; RD Products that have been altered in their functions or capabilities without RD’s prior written authorization; Damage caused by normal wear and tear or resulting from normal wear and tear of the RD Product; If the serial number of the RD Product has been removed or tampered with; If you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (e.g., by presenting proof of purchase).

PRICING, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS

We accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal as forms of payment.
Please note that PayPal applies a small processing fee. You also have the option of deferment with ‘Aplazame’, you can know the conditions and calculations of the financing when you include one of the products to the cart, prior to purchase.

Yes, once you have placed your order and provided your billing details, an invoice will be generated which you can keep and use for warranty purposes.
Please make sure you fill in the billing details carefully, as once the order has been sent, it is unfortunately not possible to change the information on the invoice.

PICKUPS, SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and information about the courier responsible for delivering it. You can check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website by entering the tracking number and any additional requested information.

The delivery time varies between 8 to 10 working days from the order and payment of your order.

If you notice any damage, impact, or defect in the packaging before the product is delivered, it is essential to note it on the carrier’s delivery note.
Please send us an email at support@radiantdeco.com with photos of the packaging or product clearly showing the damages. Once we receive your request, we will process the incident within 24-72 hours to arrange the collection and repair, if necessary, of the product.

Currently, we do not have a physical store. You can purchase all our products through our website.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your non-customized product. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You can return the product to Radiant Deco Calle Acero, 6 Nave 1 – San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante) Spain.

Customized products are made to order, and returns are only accepted if the product does not function properly or if there is an error in the print design. Please contact order@radiantdeco.com for instructions on how to proceed.
